Welcome to the first 809 developer log! I'm your host, MontyThumpy, as always! SO, WHAT IS 809 ANYWAY!??!?!?!?!?!

809 is a point'n'click, psychological horror choose your own adventure game about a woman named Katherine Buckman and her week (or more depending on your ending) in a mental hospital. This is based off my stay at a mental hospital very loosely.

You are taken care of by Dr. John Callahan, a strange doctor who really likes to give you pills. Weird.

You can choose what to do, such as skip your pills! Go outside past sleeping hours! Even murder! But, these will have detriments on a hidden meter called "general sanity" which makes you see more hallucinations, in turn lowering your sanity. You'll wanna keep your sanity high, but I'm not your dad. Or your god.

There is 7 playable nights in the game, all with scary... well scares, strange phenomena and more. And the Pill Man.

There is also 11 ENDINGS to the game! Crazy, right?

Now, you might be saying "Monty! It's a game made in Scratch! I'm not taking this seriously!" Jump.

In all seriousness, I spent a lot of time planning this game and I promise it will be more than just "A Scratch Game."

Now, for the important part! The moment you've all been waiting for!!!!

I've got one and a half nights done, with endings planned and a trailer on the way. The game is going to be short, so I'm projecting for a February release date. But, if delays happen that could be pushed to very early March AT THE LATEST. I think you can root on February, though.
