I woke up this morning to a very nice email from Digitalblare.com saying “Guess what? Your game is posted on our site!” and of course I was thrilled! Yet another step towards bringing that big ol ball of light over Just Beneath The Skin, giving me hope that the kickstarter ramps up sometime very soon.

Some more news, I had a great idea last night, in the game you have to find Kitty to complete a side quest. When you find her she will live in your house with you but that’s all you can really do with her in the beta out now, I was thinking last night if Kitty could have more done with her. What I came up with a lot of people seem to like, you can now use Kitty as your battling sidekick for a short period of time in the game. You can also view her stats in the in-game menu.

What’s so good about having Kitty as your sidekick? Well besides the fact that she can bestow the power of fire upon you, she actually kicks monster hide like a boss!

The images on the game page of Kitty may not represent the final version but will give you a little taste of some additions I am working on to the beta, so you guys can have even more fun! :D
