Changes:

Tasque manager now starts at 100% no matter the AI, but in Kaizo it starts at 85%

Tasque manager cam power drain [0.25-((AI+5)*0.006)] -> [0.35-((AI+3)*0.006)] (4am has AI+6 instead of AI+8) * felt like her camera drain was way too harsh.

Jaune no longer starts at cam 7

Jaune's chance to start on cam 3 is now a 1 in 3 chance instead of a 1 in 5

Foxboy Foxy will go slightly fast if the gun is pulled on him

Foxboy Foxy's normal speed [0.115 -> 0.1 seconds per movements]

Foxboy Foxy's hurtbox is easier to hover over.

Door power drain is faster 0.01 -> 0.04

Cam power drain is slower 0.1 -> 0.07

Autocare Tasque Manager is much worse

Hovering over Tasque Manager now shows how much power you have left

Cam Noise reduce overtime 2.92500 -> 1.57500
