Name: The Neck Gasher of Liverpool

A blood sucking slasher of the night.

After feeding he'll quickly stab, decapitate, and or dismember his victims, this is to rid himself of any future feeding competition.

Sadistic and cruel, he'll consider any human for his next meal. Not caring about age, gender, race, or sexuality, they'll all taste the same to him.

He'll torture and scare his prey before feeding sheerly for shits and giggles.

There's only two things in this world he likes more then killing; giving random people the "two finger solute", and oddly enough pokemon.
