June 2018 Progress


Hello, Everyone!
First of all, Happy Pride Month! I hope all of you are happy about who you are. I would like to update you on My Secrets’ progress, in the past month I have finished up this school year and I’m looking towards the future. I have seen lots of comments and that motivates me to make a cool game. I’m still working with the Ren’py engine and learning how to do more complex things, I am already confident in my ability to write a story as I’ve had experience. I have not made much progress since I last posted and I’ve been busy for personal reasons. I have written a features and routes plan for the game and I can’t wait to start making more progress. In a couple days, I will be unable to work on this game and I can’t make progress until mid-August. I hope you all are looking forward as to what I have planned.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
