Progress on the PAPYRUS ending.
In celebration of the COTV animation's 2nd anniversary, we have decided to show a little sneak peek of our PAPYRUS ending.
"Little" of course meaning the release of DESPERATE MEASURES RENEWED!!!
We were originally going to show it when the game releases, but since this day is such a special occasion, it's only fair if we give you some extra content.
For now, that's all we're going to show for Ending 3b.
There are already hints of how the ending will look like in the song, so be on the look out for them!
Even more of Waterfall!
I'm going to be honest with you guys, I didn't expect that we would make THAT much progress on Waterfall this month.
We're done with the first few rooms of Waterfall and we're going to start working on the monster encounters soon.
I'd say that ~30% of Waterfall is currently done.
In June alone we made ~15%.

Hey so uh, where's Phase 1?!
Back on the Green Sans server (which you should join it's really cool) we have decided to start posting weekly progress reports starting in july.
Most of those will include small parts of Phase 1, but don't expect that much content to be revealed.
After all, we still want to keep some stuff secret (you can't see it but I'm winking right now).
For now, have this cool and awesome first attack recreation in the new engine!!!
Updates to the Gamejolt page p.2
Yep, this isn't the end of the updates to the page's design.
Since the old logo was made back when COTW was just a baby project, we have decided to update it!

We are making progress on these, we just can't show it yet :troll:
Good news! Almost everything regarding the story of the game is finished!
In short, it means that we are ~80% done with the game in terms of writing.
All that's left is writing the dialogue scripts for the last 3 endings, plus the script for Green Sans as part of The Shopping List Arc™️.
Also, we're going to include custom backgrounds in (almost) all random encounters in the game!
That includes monsters in Waterfall as well as in the True lab.
On that topic, the script for the True lab is done!
Just so you know, it's almost 20 pages full of dialogue.
What the hell is a "Renewed" theme and when is the demo going to come out?!?!?!?!!?!?
So, now that I think about it, we haven't really explained what does it mean if a theme is RENEWED.
Basically, it's a theme that is FINAL to the game, meaning that it most likely will NOT get replaced.
There is a plan to release a renewed theme every other month, but I won't promise anything too early.
Now, time to talk about the elephant in the room.
We have said for almost a year now that a demo of the game is coming "soon", yet that "soon" never came.
Well, I think it's time to give you guys the final RELEASE DATE of the demo.

That's exactly 4 months from now.
The demo is going to include EVERYTHING up to Phase 1.
That includes Waterfall, the True Lab and Phase 1 itself, along with a few other secrets we haven't spoken about . . .
