Here's his story:
Built by scientific professors instead of Dr. Golden, this clone of Balloon Toad was like the same, only a bit less annoying. He was built as a baby robot with only 2 phases. Infancy, and adulthood. During his infant phase, he was brought to the jungle for a jungle documentary. But unfortunately, one of the professors were too lazy to keep an eye on him, and so the baby crawled off somewhere. After their many failed attempts to find the baby, they had no other choice but to leave without it which made their boss angry. When the baby was in the jungle, it sat there and started crying because it was scared. Thus, signaling that it was in danger. Eventually, a leopard found him. Only it was very motherly, and so it took the baby robot back to her den with it. The baby had developed primitive instincts from her, and so, lived like a caveman. At 2 years old, it was already an adult and wears false leopard fur from an old blanket, and he was taught to eat meat at 1 years old. He could now swing on vines, but either to save someone, or hunt for a quick meal. He only developed a lack of sentence speech meaning that he only speaks with "Where is cave??" Or "Me shall hunt!" Despite being an adult, he still has trouble speaking proper English, so he would need the best assistance to help him speak English better.
