yes. you CAN in fact defeat scott with starting characters (in FWR atleast). it just requieres abit of a setup for the fight. the right set of bytes, good selection of chips and right combination of MINI chips (cuz as you couldn't tell, it was recorded on version 1.5 of the game). pretty good challenge, only took me 2 attempts (somehow O_O), and again, the game stays goated forever!
one more thing, there are several bugs in the current version that, as the devs said, WON'T be fixed until later (for example that multiple bites and jumpscares at once bug). don't force the devs to immiediantly fix these bugs, just enjoy the goofy moment : /
