I think it's been sort of in a tiny way confirmed that Bon and Jack do seem to have some sort of connection. Taking context to Jack's web update aswell.
Jack's web states things such as 'I'm still here' or 'I can feel',
the contents on bon's room has stated a similar message to that, saying that ` ''Bon'' is still here`.
Though that does not have much evidence to fully confirm that. It's a possibility now though that Jack may indeed be in Bon.
I'm kinda still biased on that though.
