NOT WORTH IT. That extra armor (The blue bar with the plus) is not worth the many times a cop pushed me until my car stopped, a suspect did a drive by shooting at insane speeds almost instantly blowing my car up, getting randomly busted cause a cop was too close to my door, traffic cars got in the way (Fuck them taxis), and having to deal with popped tires all at once.
I should have waited until I got a tank so I could do this easier

Just found out you can reposition the onscreen ppsspp controls which I called “Poopy shitty” in the past. Now I can run and gun without feeling like i’m getting my fingers either taxidermied or turned into a garlic knot due to where the “r” button is.
Apparently you can speed up games on the mobile version of the ppsspp emulator without awkwardly holding down the speed up button
