circus baby [elizabeth afton] could have lived hypothetically in the fnaf universe IF the employee who was placed with the task of cleaning/checking the chest cavities of the funtime animatronics did their job correctly. it directly references that instead of circus baby simply killing the child they/she grab(s), the child gets stored in their chest cavity instead and is then killed by being scooped, in the games atleast. this is also seen as an example with ennard.

this does not apply to the books since circus baby is shown to kill by spinning blades that extrude from her abdomen.
