Just quickly gonna answer a few common questions

1. When will the demo be released?

There won’t be a demo. Just like with the first game, FNAC 2 is a free game, and if I could produce a demo, the game would practically already be finished. So no demos.

2. Will you make FNAC World?

No.

3. When will you release the trailer?

I don’t know. The thing about this is, with the first game all I did in the beginning was to plan out the gameplay and make all the models and renders, which enabled me to make a teaser trailer before the game was finished, but I also had to cut out a lot of content because it didn’t work with the gameplay. The reason it was a teaser trailer, was because I didn’t reveal much of the gameplay, most of the trailer was animated in 3D instead.
This time I’m making the entire game first (with temporary assets) and then I’m gonna make the sounds and the images, which is also why I haven’t been able to make any constructive and revealing teasers lately. I’m planning on making the FNAC 2 trailer with a lot of gameplay footage, like the FNAF 2 and 4 trailers.
My guess is that you can expect the game to release not long after the trailer.

4. Didn’t you say you wouldn’t make a sequel?

I did say that, but I also explained why I changed my mind, and that was more than two months ago.

5. Is Nightmare Candy gonna be in FNAC 2?

Nope, I never planned for Nightmare Candy to appear in the FNAC series, primarily because he doesn’t fit in, as he is supposed to be an imaginary nightmare animatronic, so it wouldn’t make much sense if he was walking around with the other real animatronics, as it could confuse people with what is real in the game and what isn’t.

6. Is the ScribbleNetty animatronic gonna appear in FNAC 2?

ScribbleNetty won’t appear in FNAC 2 as an animatronic. She might appear as an easter-egg though… if she doesn’t have anything against that, of course.

7. Will you make Golden Candy?

No, I won’t. I feel like that would be too much of a cliché if I did.

8. When will FNAC 2 be released?

I have absolutely no idea. As of currently I have all the mechanics planned out, and they seem to work pretty good in my head, the trick is to bring it to life in the form of code which works and at the same time runs efficiently.
Right now the game could be finished around christmas or around the end of January, I don’t know for sure.

9. Can you release FNAC and FNAC 2 for Android/iOS/Mac/Linux?

I still can’t export to Mac or Linux, and I still can’t make the games for mobiles. Scott stated somewhere a long time ago that he was against fangames on the mobile market (for unknown reasons), and I respect his wish, since I am considering us lucky that he even allows fangames in the first place. Plus, it would take a lot of extra work to compress the game as much as is needed for it to run on a phone.
I would love to do it, if it was possible, and if I had the time, but I’m currently working on taking a degree in programming, and I want to develop other games that I’ve had in my head since I was 11, so the FNAC series is going to stay as a Windows exclusive.
