just received an email from our lawyer about the accident. so. needless to say, yeah, we're going in debt thanks to this. apparently, the medical bills for JUST MY BROTHER ALONE total up to just shy of $40,000. for me it's just shy of $30,000.


I don't know about my dad yet, but if i didn't state before they only were willing to give us $20,000 in medical coverage because that's the at-fault driver's chosen bootleg insurance policy.. and then my dads insurance may cover a little more medical bills.

so! we're injured for life, in eternal debt, and the guy that caused all this got off completely scot free and is out having THE TIME OF HIS LIFE EVERY SINGLE DAY.

this is what happens when you're a drunk driver. you hurt people and don't give a damn.
