Ok ok. Maybe I'll write a little lore about him for this AU Make sure to check my previous post for extra information.

• MTT used to be a ghost, just like his Undertale counterpart.

• MTT have always dreamed to be a star. Honing his talent and theatrical skills as a ghost. Singing, dancing, reporting, acting, and so on.

• But unfortunately, seeing a ghost dance isn't really the monsterkind's thing anymore. Holding a big grudge against the humans, they have better things to plan and do.

• So Mettaton stayed as a sad ghost for a longer while.

• But through the UnderNet, Mettaton met Alphys! They chatted about random stuff until Alphys brought up that she have always wanted to be the Royal Scientist.

• MTT knew Alphys is definitely smart enough to make him an artificial body to entertain and the both of them decided to do their thing and start acting.

• MTT posed as a toaster robot with a soul, which does interest Asgore, letting Alphys take the role as a Royal Scientist.

• But, Asgore didn't leave MTT just like that. He requested MTT to have... Deadlier features. And Alphys obliged.

• Mettaton, still lacking his new body, decided that his toaster current wacky form could still be used as entertainment.

• But again, the monsters isn't really interested in his shenanigans. *sad robot noises* Only very few people actually watch his shows.

• After Alphys finished adding combat and eradication features to Mettaton, he is requested by the King to be a part of the Royal Guard.

• MTT agreed, joining the Royal Guard since he have nothing to do.

• Despite being in the Royal Guard, he still streams for his loyal very few watchers time to time.

• And when a human finally came to the monsters' civilization, he and the rest of the Royal Guards were ordered to catch the human soul (NOT Frisk).

• He never actually had any intention to kill the human aside from doing his job until...

• It caught Mettaton's attention that streaming his quest on killing the human received a huge spike of views.

• Mettaton realized that accomplishing his quest to kill the human would give him the fame he have always desired. He grew violent and much passionate on killing the human.

• Since then, he has been a well-known killer-streamer.

• But maybe Frisk could change his and the rest of monsterkind's mind?

Other, Unnecessary Info:

• His EX form towers high, measuring 7 feet tall.

• His screen is HD instead of blocks.

• Mettaton never actually liked humans that much unlike his Undertale counterpart. He's pretty neutral. He never requested a form resembling a human but knowing Alphys' human anime obsession, he'll get one. (And then he started liking to kill humans :v)

• ST!Mettaton is more of a goof than Classic!Mettaton who's much flashier. He's still as flamboyant as his classic self, though.

• Alphys uses his screen to play anime sometimes. He suffered. Greatly.

There we go I'll probably do Undyne next! This AU is totally new and made for fun. Some lores still have holes in them. This info is soon to change. Any questions can be asked in the comments!
