We have been accused of copying horrortale due to certain things. So let me spell this out for you.
This is a result of the friendless pacifist, where you befriend no one/only papyrus. In this, Toriel does NOT get overthrown by Undyne. If you don’t get it, read all the Nuetral endings, including the one Clocktale takes place after:

This takes place after a nuetral run aborted at the final boss fight.
So, overall, this is almost nothing like horrortale. Alphys didn’t end their life, Undyne isn’t insane (although she REALLY wants to kill you. Sigh…. I guess the 9th human will have to do).
