Now players of The Legendary Starfy: Pollution Panic can rebind controls by pressing the controls button from the title screen!

I doubt it at this point, but it has to be The Legendary Starfy!

That franchise has animated Japanese commercials, and besides, there was also Starfy manga series (even before the first game, in fact)!

Also, Starfy needs more attention after all!
