He is the first/ oldest creation of my main EXE, Blizzard, he was created in order so in Blizzard’s world his victims wouldn’t be able to sleep which basically means KaiXer is a nightmare demon or something like that so he has nightmare like abilities and is able to give who ever he wants nightmares, he rebelled against Blizzard so in turn he was exiled into a SEGA DreamCast so he’s mainly in Sonic Adventure but he also goes into Sonic 06’ sometimes.
