Kenji Watanabe, a Japanese-American mobian Shiba Inu, is Satoshi Kanemaru's lovable but eccentric and boisterous best friend. His overwhelming enthusiasm, childish antics, and otaku obsession with video games, comics, and Japanese pop culture, while endearing to some, annoy others. Though not scientifically inclined, his creative problem-solving skills and deductive reasoning, fueled by his comic book knowledge, make him a valuable, if unorthodox, asset to Spider-Wolf (if he knows his secret identity, of course).
