Do you remember playing the adventure games of our childhood on PS1, and N64?? Games just like Banjo Kazooie, with its adventure style, puzzle doing game play and fun characters.

or Spyro? Where running around saving your family from evil all over the dragon realm was super fun!

These were fun games!! I miss playing those games, and games like those. I enjoyed the game play and the quirky interesting characters. The story has always been good and levels were hard and full of challenges. The games of today are great with their hyper realistic graphics and stories that make you feel emotions just like a movie. I want to bring back some of the games that had quirky characters, hard and enjoyable game play, beautiful levels that have the fun missions and plenty of different things to do. I want to make a game that has a story that will makes your imagination come back to life. Let’s together keep our pasts alive with Onit Saves The World!

Onit was in the middle of his routine at the circus, when all a sudden the place gets over run by leprechauns. The leprechauns start chasing all the people leaving poor coco in the middle of the ring. Coco picks up the closest thing he could find (which happens to be a tomato) and throws it at one leprechaun. That tomato faced leprechaun was not impressed in the slightest, so he advances on you. A couple other leprechauns join in and soon you are faced with three leprechauns.Something strange starts to happen and the leprechaun with tomato on his face all a sudden vanishes into thin air leaving a magical dust cloud behind. The rest of the hoards were not pleased at all but Onit knows what he needs to do now. He picks up a bunch more tomatoes and is ready to save the world.

The game will be a 3D adventure game based on the award-winning games Banjo Kazooie and Spyro the dragon. The Onit Saves The World’s game play will be similar to those two games as you will make your way around the massive levels collecting items to use along the way, attacking leprechauns that threaten to harm you and the rest of humanity. Overcoming obstacles like: climbing cliffs, swimming across rivers, jumping from platforms, and finding hidden secrets. But the most important piece of the puzzle is saving people that the leprechauns have captured and stored in cages all over the place.

There are six levels in which you will partake of missions, and collecting, including the circus where you start, a forest that has a mystical spell put on it, the town where you hope to find help, and the twist of all twists that will take you in a direction you will never see coming. You will be climbing cliffs, jumping across ledges, swinging on ropes, collecting items, doing side quests for people you meet along the way, and saving people from the cages that are spread out in odd places.

Onit can use many items to send the leprechauns back to their world. Tomatoes are the primary, but others include: bowling pins, pies, giant beach balls that Onit walk rides all over the leprechauns for a short time. Spritzers will give you health, and balloons will help you gain height in situations where you need to go high up.

The levels will maintain a cartoon feel to them. The graphics will be stunning, with bright colors and crisp textures. The landscape will have many places to explore over the large levels. Spending time on a level will be worth it as you never know what types of fun you will run into.

Introducing the main character Onit! He is a clown from the circus who enjoys making people laugh. His favorite is when he walks on a ball, while juggling. Coco has been a clown for 15 years so it has become more then a job, it has become a passion. Coco feels he does it well since the audience always laughs and cheers for him. Since people laugh he will continue to do what he does best. Clown around.

Meet the evil who lurks in the magic world. The leprechauns were always portrayed as greedy, green wearing, magic beings that would hide their gold from you at all costs. Once they found out the gold has gone missing they freaked out and blamed the human race. The humans have always wanted their gold, so they must be the ones that stole it. The leprechauns will range in size and abilities as well as ugliness.

Meet Fairy Princess May! She is a princess of the magic world who wants to help Onit and the human race anyway she can. So she will be your sidekick throughout the game. She has a quirky sense of humor and loves to laugh, play games, and play tricks on people. She does unfortunately have a temper so try not to get on her bad side or she won’t be helping all that much until she calms down.

For reaching a goal of $500,000 or more i can add more staff to make a bigger better game for all you supporters out there. The more the staff the smoother producing this game will be for me and the crew.

For reaching a goal of $650,000 or more we will be porting it to Microsoft. Full adventure for all the fans that simply love XBOX live.

For reaching a goal of $800,000 or more we will add professional voice over for our cut scenes and many small interactions with different NPC’s around the levels.

For reaching a goal of $900,000 or more we will be adding CO-OP to the adventure. What more fun can one person have playing this game then playing it with a friend. Plus a whole new adventure for just you and your friend to enjoy as a team.

For reaching a goal of $1,000,000 or more i will move the studio into a mall somewhere around the Vancouver area. You will have a chance as a fan to be able to watch portions of the game being made. This is an exciting process for any person to be able to watch, so lets take advantage of it.

The video was produced by Geoff Nelson and edited by audio engineer, Gabe McLaughlin. We will be trying to add Gabe to the team as our sound tech. His work is amazing and he has told me he does a mean leprechaun sound! The prototype that you saw being played is in no way a finished look and the game will change drastically as we move forward with production. You may play the prototype here
