Killing Patch 0.1.4


- Nerfed wasted state hit rate
- Dan's equipment has less luck
- Dan just has less luck in general lol
- I gave bunch of late game enemies/bosses more hp and def i literally doubled hp for all enemies in a single fight probably making it hard but idc you might not get the fight
- Buffed Lares Fraga (this is important to add)
- fixed bugs
