Like the core concept is still there, evil crocodile lady but subtle things changed like a bigger tail, different hair, scales, loss of eye bags and more realistic body proportions
I dunno I think it's neat how consistent her design was, just like irl crocodiles since they basically went unchanged for millions of years which is a neat relation 😅
