The Scientists on The Orange Sanctum team found a machine-like device that alters various channels. It only operates when Kirk uses his alien powers as his powers are deemed extremely dangerous. He can scan through different Universal Orlando hotel rooms and using his powers, teleport with his powers into whatever room or show he pleases. (This also extends to Kirk's main Wardens). This also welds a gateway for the Cartoon World,The Haypile Realm and Earth so it is extremely dangerous.
The Archivist's have also have been using this to their advantage to study and learn more about Earth and figure out what this machine can even do.
