What is the Lore of KNG13?

KNG13 was the Owner of “Garden peaks” park, so he built a base there putting an “ownership only” sign that was his lab.

5 days later he created KNG2 a life form he looked something like this

He was kinda faceless but his face was reincarnated back into his actual face he had to stay in a white room for about 1-4 months

10 years later KNG2 and KNG13 were playing around in his laboratory but KNG2 knocked over something called Chemical ZX4 which corrupted KNG13 to look demonic looking .
