Next up
Something I'm experimenting with is having parts of the endings change based on what happened in the initial routes.
I'm not sure how much I'll actually use this, but I thought it could be a cool way to make the story feel more reactive.
Eggman's initial route is complete! That makes 3/3, all the main content of the next demo is completed! Now I just have a big list of bugs to fix, things to adjust, and some features to add, but once that's complete, the next demo will be released.
For anyone who missed it.
I plan on the next demo including the initial sections for Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman.
1/3 done right now, still got quite a bit to go, but progress is being made.
Since I haven't said much since the demo, I just wanted to let people know that I am still making progress, I'm currently working on the worst ending.
However, I have yet to figure out how to remove Cubot from the walls. I don't know how he gets there.
The next demo is out! It took a while to try and debug the whole thing, and there are still some bugs I have yet to figure out how to fix, (at least not without breaking something else) but it's functional!
