Backstory:
Kyle was the second Fallen after Chara's arrival. New king Sans tried to kill him, but was stopped by Papyrus. That very night they both ran away from the Capital, trying to find new life in suburbs of the Underground. That's how they appeared in Snowdin.

Being as welcome as he could, Kyle easily became the watcher of this lands. He tries to help all Fallen humans to never experience the wrath of Sans.
