I just finished designing a level that took me two weeks worth of work to build new assets and a tileset for. I’d say it came out pretty good. Here’s a zoomed-out screenshot of the entire level.

In starting work for the next level, I drew and designed some goop that makes the floor really slippery. It can also be used to gain some speed to jump across longer gaps than normal.

That’s all for this week. I’ve been making good progress so far, especially since I don’t do this full time. I still have an equally large amount of Computer Science college work to deal with. I’m likely to graduate next year but I’m hoping to release this game before that happens so it’s out of the way by then.
