NEW FEATURES
Added wooden spikes.
Added controller vibration when taking damage.

Gibs now dissapear at the last 10% of their health instead of from 100%.

Worms now spawn depending on the difficulty of the room. (increased chance as room difficulty increases.)

Loot bags now drop more loot.
Small boxes now block light similar to how large boxes do. (mainly noticable when on fire)
Small creatures will no longer die if they touch a dead player.
Dead players can no longer interact with doors.
Players must now be out of combat to reset the game from the pause menu.
Fixed the text on the main menu.
