I don’t know how it happened, but I guess it’s short-term. This is probably noticeable to a few other websites as well, so that’s my speculation.

Last time I posted about a Safari bug that causes all Scratch GUIs to crash, that’s been fixed now, which is a lot quicker than I expected.
