-FINALLY FIXED MUTO BEING STRANGE AND INCONSISTENT! the solution to this made me feel so dumb, all I had to do was add one more check on a single line of code
-added set all 20, set all 0, and set all random buttons in the CN menu for convenience
-the camera and remote buttons shouldn't be able to appear in the jumpscares anymore
