Learning to Work and Play

And getting along with everyone. Get it?

OK, I really need to talk about something that’s been... “concerning” me. For me, School starts on August 31st. It’s July 29. But that’s not it. I’m in an advanced program and I have to take introductory classes for the program which last all of next week. The Introductory class isn’t my top concern since I’ll still have most of the day left for myself. The problem is School itself. Due to the Coronavirus, School is all virtual and I have no idea how they’re gonna do it. I might be in “School” all day or I might be in “School” for the morning only. No matter what they do, it’s gonna make developing the game slightly harder. I don’t work on the game for hours and hours upon end. It’s like a hobby and when School starts there will be more important things for me to do. So, I’ve made a very important decision...

THE DEMO’s COMING EARLY!

I’m not going to tell you what date I plan to release the demo on. Just know, it’ll be sometime in September. Through August, I’m going to get all the work and testing I can done so I can get the demo out to you guys. I feel like everyone deserves it. I was gonna wait until December to release the demo so it would be like a Christmas gift but since School is coming, I had to do this instead.

So, I guess I have to tell you some information about the demo... Well here goes!

  • There will be 18 playable characters in the Demo.

  • There will be 11 Stages (including a Random option)

  • The three game modes will be usable (Challenge, Battle, and Training)

  • Challenge Mode is a Work in Progress, more challenges will be available as more characters are added.

  • THERE WILL BE BUGS! Make sure you tell me about any bugs you find in the demo when it comes out!

So, I hope you guys are just as excited as I am for this demo. My next post will be the release of the demo in September!
