I wanted to create a fangame with a female protagonist because its very rare to see any that do so, let alone actually have them be written well. I wanted to share some of my experiences with going through the transition from girlhood to womanhood in a way that is portrayed realistically (apart from the whole fictional elements of the LISA franchise, of course). I want to be able to make an experience that many women in this fandom could possibly relate to, considering LISA has a predominantly male audience, leading to some pretty nasty misogyny, despite the main theme of LISA being about toxic masculinity.
While Lucille is canonically intersex, mainly because of high levels of testosterone she was born with + clitoromegaly, she is still female and can still process the usual cycles that a perisex woman goes through. Though her high levels of testosterone do somewhat affect those cycles, however, which will be touched on a bit in game.
Its also very rare to see canonically disabled characters in video games too, considering I am also disabled. The reason why I made Lucille mute was a bit weird… because I was going through a pretty rough patch around autumn of 2023 and was going through so much mental anguish that I wished I didn’t have a voice… then the idea popped into my head: “What if I made Lucille mute?”, and thats where I got to working more on her character. Same applies with Kenneth.
Thats all I really have to say about why I'm creating this fangame, I guess. I'll probably get a lot of hate for bringing all of this up considering how many manchildren there are in this fandom, but oh well, it is what it is.
