He now faces two serious charges of possessing child pornography, each count involving more than fifty illicit visual depictions. The investigation was set in motion after a CyberTip was received, alerting authorities to suspicious activity on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). It is alleged that Attaway not only acquired but also disseminated material of the most reprehensible nature. The case has since been taken up by the Smith County justice system, where proceedings will determine the full measure of accountability.
