Error and 404 met sometime, they talked for a bit about how to revive Alphatale and how to destroy universes faster. Then Error accidentally grabbed 404's arm while not being calm, this caused a disruption in the multiverse. Swapping everything, so for example Swap!Sans would be SwapSwap!Sans and so on. Just!404 took a new form but with the same memories and powers.
