Look into how to sit properly at your PC and don't put too much weight directly on your elbows!


When I was young I kept putting heavy pressure on my elbows and one day my fingers started tingling while I slept so I stopped.

Then I spent a long time with my arms bent at the PC in my 20s to mid 30s and picked up a heavy item with just my fingers three times in a short period.

Take care of yourselves!!
