Yeah, you didn't expect me to post about THESE games again right? With all these newfound poodles, pals, and anything in-between it's almost made me forget about the fact that this game (and its predecessor) are about to BOTH be 5 years old this year! Isn't that crazy?
It really does feel like yesterday I was nervous to press the "Release" button for these games- for one reason or another, of course. Even if they weren't anything special, what grew out of them was a very devoted, small fanbase about the games - and that, to me, made it worth it to still cherish them, despite their flaws.
And I mean, hey, without them.. you guys wouldn't have Playtime with Percy! It's a bit ridiclous to compare these games but, hey, Percy Poodle himself was literally BASED off of a pretty old concept art of Fleegle, just look for yourself!:

It's a bit shameless, huh?
Anyway... I saw the anniversary coming up. We're very busy with Playtime with Percy 2, of course, but I felt like 5 years should be of SOME value, right? Whatever could I do...
Then it hit me. Why not let YOU guys decide what to do with it next?
So, as of posting this, on both Sloppy Nights' and Serial Silliness' pages, there should now be an active download option for both games original project file, free to download for all to explore and use for your own projects (such as Custom Night recodes). Hopefully, this is a worthwhile present for those who'd ever wondered just if I still think about these games: I don't, but sometimes I do! And this is one of those times!
My only rule with this, is to just please credit me for any recodes you may end up doing. These are still my work, and I'd like to still be credited for my assets being used however way that may be. And, obviously, don't try to "remaster" the game or whatever - recodes are fine! But not full re-releases, does that make sense? Hopefully it does!
All that being said, I know these games have special value to some people. It may not be a lot anymore - people know me as the PTwP guy, for goodness sake - but I know some of you still care. And I'm telling you that this is for you. Those 4 crazy bunch of bananas got me to where I am today, and I'd be nothing without them. Hopefully, this is a worthwhile goodbye gift to an era of my life that I can look back on, and smile dearly about.
Happy 5 years to these games! It's in your hands now.
