The requirements for Voice acting phone guy go as follow:

-You need to sound like E. Gadd

-Has to be loud and clear

-Cannot be monotone

Furthermore, winners of the audition will get a shoutout on YT as well (well if you're comfortable with having your achievement up in the public eye other than the game obviously).
