Looking Forward

Thinking about the future of SynchroCity, I'd like (obviously) to get the game in front of as many people as possible. I'm enjoying making it and I hope that others will enjoy playing it!

My original plan was to have this demo available and continue work on the game to a traditional old-school game release in 6-8 months or so at a price point of a couple of quid/bucks.

Having got some great feedback from the demo and a generally very positive reception, I'd like to change this and build the game in the public eye - warts and all.

So, I'm changing my approach to the development of SynchroCity to add more frequent builds/demos to the itch.io and gamejolt pages along with the game being changed to a PWYW (Pay What You Want) setup with the option of free. This makes me feel a lot more comfortable that people can play my game for free if they don't feel it's worth anything or they have no funds, or will make a donation if they have enjoyed the game. It also allows me to upload earlier releases in development and get feedback on how the game is going, building to the end product being accessible to all.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
