When the multiverse was made, certain elements were given physical form. All of them were made in that big bang. All accept 1.

Toxic Cirby was made when Ink Cirby tried to get rid of all negative emotions.

Toxic was a accident

And he fully knows this.

He understands he isn't wanted, cause he was made to represent everything people hate.

He was given a losing hand.

But, he accepts the fact and carrys on

For, he realizes no matter how mad he gets about it, he can't do anything to change it.
