While The Darkness can affect stuff like animation (Anime, Stop-Motion and Indie/Web Animation included, maybe alongside live-action stuff), it can't really affect stuff like Video Games. However, it has an exception: The Cookie Run games.
The Darkness kills because it makes sure the victim doesn't get uncorrupted. At all. If the apocalypse ever ends, they're revived. However, some zombies have an exception.
The Darkness doesn't use meme-ish qualities that are shown in the storyboard leak. Mainly because that's cringe and I want the Darkness to seem like a more threatening foe.
The "Corrupted Swordfighter" seen in Chapter 1? That's Finn from Adventure Time! He and Jake will be shown in the flesh in the Overhaul Update.
And what about the "Young Survivor"? That's Pibby! I didn't really feel like drawing her portraits. It's unknown if she will be shown in the Overhaul Update, let alone appear at all.
The reason why Schneeball wasn't in Chapter 3 (aside from the fact that I wanted to save her for the Overhaul Update) is because she was corrupted beforehand. I will spare her in the Overhaul Update.

Here's some early stuff for the sequel, Cookie Run: Cataclysm!
The first one is for the early version, while the second one will be for the current/rewritten version.
They will get remade in the future, as Cataclysm as a whole will be DIFFERENT. I hope.

Don't expect anything groundbreaking for the Dialogue Text Box. Only fix for this new UI would be tweaking the opacity so that the name tag is shown more clearly.
