Super GPS Pac-Man for the Wonderswan Color (lost, cancelled)
During the spring 2001 Tokyo Game Show they shower off 3 new games for the Wonderswan color. It used GPS tracking to make roads mazes and cars ghosts

Yum-Yum, Pinky, Inky, Sue, and Clyde have all been depicted as green ghosts at some point.
Pac-Man Vs refers to ghosts by their color instead of their name, so green might be Funky.
