panisshu, pierson, victor, nachzehrer, wespheran and chibi will be on lockdown for an while because of project.


this means you CANNOT use them for your concepts without my permission.

they won't be in lockdown no more once project ONLY realizes that what i call the 6 characters i made are true and gives up tampering with their names.
