lua coders, help me out here.

I'm trying to do a thing where boarders show up depending on a given characters icon name.

the setup i'm using at the moment doesn't work and I'd like some advice on how to get it to work.

any red indicates stuff that's not used

on psych engine 0.7.3 btw
