Luckie who's real name is Rakkī is a Luck Dragon who dwells deep in the Sanctum. It's giant and can grant wishes if your nice enough. He can also make you very lucky if he pleases. He can someone's carry you on his back if he is able to.
He talks in a deep booming voice but don't worry,he won't hurt you unless you provoke him. He's actually very friendly.
