Ludum Dare 30 approaching!


With five days until the next LudumDare Compo, I’m extremely excited to participate once more, and even more excited to top the last time.

For anyone with any interest in it, I highly recommend joining in. It’s addictingly fun and interesting to see what you can do as a developer. I’d even go as far to say that it defines you as a developer. Since last LD48 was my first one, I don’t exactly like what I did there. This one will easily top it, and I’m exponentially more prepared this time around, anyway, so I will personally fair much better in comparison to previously.

For anyone else who is participating in the Compo, what are your thoughts on this time around? Thoughts on current themes? What theme are you hoping for? Are you even going to do the Compo, or will you be doing the Jam? Either way, I’m curious to hear.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
