lunablob (the lunatic blob) is an gigantic blob that is located somewhere in the very deep down black lake. in ch4, you will not be able to cross the lake without a boat, so if you have a boat, you will have to cross the entire lake to be free out of that. you must be careful. no matter what sound the blob will make would be no matter how fast you have to go with the boat.
if the blob however catches you in time, you will have no other choice but to fight the blob. once you kill it however, it would no longer make any sound and you can now peacefully go across the entire lake to be actually free out that.
