Hello everybody!!! Some more progress on DELTAVEX has been made, dialogue edits, and a Carmen temp sprite has been made!!

recolored light world gale's shirt. may or may not change the entire sprite. who knows. don't count on it.

sooo yeah! recovery is basically finished.. all that needs to be done is dialogue and all the rest of the sprites.
