PATCH NOTES:

-Added cooldown for Madness' "Stagger" attack.
-Removed leftover debug buttons for Madness' boss fight.
-Fixed "Corruption" dealing more damage when Insanity does "Hand Shake" attack.
-Fixed hurt sounds playing even if the player is dead.
-Fixed Game Over screen not proceeding under specific circumstances.
-Fixed one of the attack effects not disappearing after defeating the final boss.
