How do you make a level design? Idk

I don't actually plan to make this game a jump and run aka platformer for the main part but idk what else to do to be honest

I need to get ideas for this somehow

Pixel Art, meant to be a Test Skeleton character, it "old" to new (none are old), i like the first style but it a bit low on face details, the rest are a bit tall
