Another old pixel art I've made, this is one of the lesser bad ones

Don't know what to say about this one. I was inspired a little from Half-Life 2, with all that distopian future and everything. Honestly I'm kinda still learning to do these pixel arts thingys, and this is just a W.I.P. I'll change the colors later.
