These will be around the map some areas will not have 1 so you will have to walk your way to one to heal

These items will be at spawn for now but they heal you without needing to go to a station

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity
